As long as I live I will stay, ok?
I do hope, I will stay for long.
Later dilute me and pour me into the ground.
Town Culture Centre in Gorzów Wielkopolski presents a new cycle of paintings by Jakub Gliński, known as enfant terrible of young polish art scene. Painting focused on expression of gesture and abstract aesthetics of ‘trash and error’ is one of Jakub Gliński’s preferred mediums, right next to performance and experimental music. Ruled by his intuition and subconsciousness, paintings are meant to mediate aesthetics and meanings taken directly from the surrounding reality. Situated on the crossroads between dreams and reality, harmony and chaos, they offer a coherent narration in their brutality.
